At ECA we use Abeka Teaching Resources for all aspects of our educational program. We hold ourselves to a high standard of educational excellence. Our goal is to train children in all aspects of necessary scholastic education, while upholding a biblical foundation for all that is taught. Your children will find an environment of biblical doctrine, standards, and learning fundamentals at ECA.
Scholastic Learning
With the Abeka curriculum at the helm of scholastic learning, we offer the highest level of excellence in our teaching programs. All across the world, Abeka students are testing higher than the average public school student. In 2023 Abeka students were found to have tested 106 points higher on SATs than the national average. It was also reported that nearly 32% of Abeka graduates were recipients of academic scholarships in comparison to the national average of 7%.
Consistent Biblical Standards
At the foundation of all that is taught at ECA, the Bible is found. Every aspect of our day to day learning is founded on principles in the word of God. We believe that, in order to see God's word spread around the globe, we must begin teaching our children at a young age. Deuteronomy 6:7 "And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up." This verse is the mission statement of ECA, and directly affects everything that we do.

Pastor Andrew Harris
Pastor Harris is our Principal and primary Bible Educator. He has been pastoring since 2021, and has been actively preaching the gospel for nearly 20 years. His experience as the Pastor of our church gives him a great ability to teach the Bible to all of our students.

Mrs. Hannah Harris is our primary Intermediate School teacher. She graduated with her Bachelors degree from Hyles-Anderson College in 2020. Since then she has been active in teaching young people the Bible. She also has a great mind for music, and has a wonderful ability to play the piano.

Mrs. Virginia Harris is our School Secretary and Administrator. She graduated with her Bachelors degree from Hyles-Anderson College in 1994. Since then she has worked in multiple Christian schools. She has been an administrator, high school teacher, and intermediate school teacher.

Mrs. Peggy Palmer is one of our faithful school monitors. She has worked in Christian schools for over 40 years. Her wealth of knowledge is vital to the day to day operations of our school. Her love for education, and the Bible, is evident as she invests in our young people.

Luke Harris is our P.E. teacher as well as our life skills teacher. His life experience is well suited to preparing young people to enter the workforce. His service to our country as a part of the Pennsylvania National Guard is wonderful addition to the workings of our school. His physical fitness is a wonderful addition to the development of our young people.

Jesse Riggleman is another one of our faithful school monitors. He has many years of experience as a Police Officer, Police Chief, Police Academy Teacher, and business executive. His knowledge and life experience gives him an opportunity to pass on his knowledge to the next generation. He is also the head of our school security team.
